When the meeting information is set, the moderator can simply click a link to invite all the attendees to the meeting via email, with all the pertinent information attached.

Upon receiving the meeting notification, invited attendees can confirm or decline their attendance. Those with proper authorization can modify the agenda, location, time, add attachments, action items as well as invite other attendees. The moderator receives automatic email notification of all changes, so information is always current.

Meeting follow ups are typically more important than the meeting itself. To make sure that nothing fall through the cracks, post meeting action items can be assigned directly in the MWS module.
