Routing documents for approval and tracking their progress can be time-consuming and inefficient. To speed up the process, Document Approval allows authors to electronically submit documents for review and approval. This method:

Submitting a document for review and approval is easy to do. Author select approvers for their documents and send a request for approval.
How can you make your job easier?
With Jtec Documents Approval System. Approval requests get delivered electronically without interrupting workflow or productivity. Once a document is submitted for approval, the approver is notified of Documents Pending Approval. When convenient, each approver opens the Document Approval folder to review the approval request. Files in the Document Approval folder are linked to their source documents, so the approver can open them for review directly from the Document Approval folder.
