Miscommunication then occurs because your idea of the latest email is different than the others'. Jtec CCS takes the best elements out of email, message board, and database file search. Now look at this illustration, you can see how email can often become. The EMP communication platform centralizes the communication and eliminates messy and over redundant communication. In the CCS system, when the message originator sends out the message, each of the recipients can post back a reply. Those replies are kept and listed right under the subject, so everyone can communicate on the same page, literally. This will greatly increase the communication accuracy and minimize the chance of miscommunication. This internal communication system works in conjunction with external email to provide the best possible communication.
