BURLINGAME, Calif.,  Jan. 15, 2004 - Jtec, Inc., a pioneer web base enterprise management platform (EMP™) technology and solutions provider and Cumulus9, Inc., a leading portal technology company, announce today a comprehensive worldwide technology and marketing partnership.

The companies are pursuing a cooperative approach to worldwide sales. Jtec will focus primarily on developing supportive infrastructure, partner programs and focus of Asian Pacific sales whereas Cumulus9 will concentrate primarily on developing a North America sales strategy.  However, neither company is restricted in pursuing sales opportunities globally.
